Personalization Options: 1. Embroidered Text / Logo: - Use solid shapes and colors only. Clean designs with bold lines and text work best for Embroidered. - Don't include photographic images, gradients, fade or blend effects. Elements like these cannot be Embroidered. - Flat Embroidery is suitable for most logo or text customization, and is the most common craftsmanship on the market. - Customizing your hat with an embroidered logo adds genuine value and quality, with up to 15 colors enhancing the overall look and feel.

1. 3D Text Embroidered:
2. 3D Puff Embroidered Text is a technique where embroidery is raised with a foam insert under the stitching, mostly for big shapes.
3. The embroidery is raised and can be up to 3mm thick, using a super high density stitch technique.

4. 3D embroidery is extremely demanding in terms of custom content, requiring minimalist text, with no more than 7 characters.

6. If your design is too complex (e.g., contains gradients or intricate details), the heat transfer print is the best choice.
7. Personalize your hats with your text, logo, and photo using heat press printing, where your digital print is transferred to your personalized hats using heat.
8. Heat press printing is perfect due to the low cost but consistency that is achievable with the process.

Embroidered Logo Must-Follow Guidelines for Best Results: - Gradients: We can only embroider solid shapes and colors. Gradients won't work because we can't transition from one color thread to another. - Solid backgrounds: Graphics that cover a large part of the embroidery area will likely exceed the maximum stitch count. We'll remove all backgrounds from your files to make sure they don't exceed this count. - Photographic images: It's not possible to embroider photographic images as they are. Photographic images have to be recreated to include solid shapes and colors. - Text too small, lines too thin: Avoid using very small letters because the embroidered text might not be legible. Keep the text at least 0.25'' in height and at least 0.05'' thick. The minimum recommended line thickness for the regular satin stitch is 0.05''. For thinner lines, we'll use run stitch (a single line of stitches).
